By accessing and using the OandaTR platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including investors, visitors, and any other users of our services.

Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources. You may lose some or all of your invested capital, therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed manually by our team. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing transactions. Minimum deposit is $50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours during business days. We do not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, but network fees may apply.

Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any illegal activities. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

OandaTR provides investment management services where our professional traders execute trades on behalf of investors. We do not guarantee profits or returns. All trading decisions are made at our discretion based on market analysis and risk management protocols.

We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, we may retain a percentage of profits generated as our management fee. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you agree to our services.

OandaTR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of your investment with us.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
